Cottages

All linens and bedding are included.  Kitchens are fully furnished.  Please bring your own bath & kitchen towels, wash cloths, soaps, and toiletries.

All charges are subject to a 6.875% Minnesota State Sale Tax.  We do accept credit cards now.  There is a 2.5% processing fee. We do not charge the processing fee on any deposits.

Reservations between June 19 and August 22, 2010, are booked on a weekly, Saturday to Saturday, basis only. Check-in can be no earlier than 4 p.m. with Check-out no later than 9 a.m. Holidays and Off-Season check-in and check-out times may vary. A minimum two-night reservation is required.

A deposit equal to 30% of your cottage rental is required to confirm your reservation. Guests are responsible for the entire length of their reservations. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will not be refunded.

At check out each guest has the first option to make reservations for the following year in the same cottage for the same corresponding week.  At the time of this reservation we require a $100.00 holding deposit, which is refundable up to the 31st of December.

The balance of your deposit is due after the 1st of the New Year to confirm your reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable if your reservation is cancelled after the 1st of January.  However, we will be happy to apply your deposit towards a future reservation.
